Job summary

Main Line Health, Inc. is seeking a Residency/Fellow Program Coordinator at Lankenau Medical Center to support the General Surgery residency/fellowship program.

You will assist the Program Director and the Graduate Medical Education office, ensuring accreditation standards, recruitment, and daily operations of the training program. The role offers on-site work with potential for a hybrid day after training.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
• Relational database programs (Access, FoxPro, etc.) a plus.
• Willing to learn new systems (ERAS, WebADS, FREIDA, CPME, SSO, CASPR, AFCAS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support, direct, and maintain all efforts of the Program Director and the Graduate Medical Education office.
• Ensure RRC accreditation, recruitment processes, and daily operational functions of the training program.
