Main Line Health is seeking a Residency/Fellow Program Coordinator for Lankenau Medical Center to support the General Surgery residency/fellowship program. You will assist the Program Director and the GME office, ensuring clerkship elements and required standards remain in place.

Tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 annually is available, with benefits like paid time off, employee discounts, and free parking. This 40-hour/week, onsite position offers growth within the GME team.

Formación

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Relational database programs experience (Access, FoxPro) is a plus.
• Willing to learn new systems and applications (ERAS, WebADS, FREIDA, CPME, SSO, CASPR, AFCAS, etc.).
• GME experience or familiarity with residency/fellowship programs is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Program Director and Graduate Medical Education office.
• Maintain all elements of the clerkship program and ensure program standards are met.
• Ensure RRC accreditation and execute recruitment processes.
• Handle daily operational functions of the training program.
