The role involves counseling residents/fellows on training issues, ensuring compliance with program guidelines, and overseeing the GME recruitment cycle from interview to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include High School Diploma/GED with 1 year healthcare or educational setting experience or an Associate’s Degree related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and the internet; strong writing and editing skills; ability to collect and analyze complex data.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of medical residency and/or fellowship programs; block scheduling and recruitment.
• Organize interview and matching process and maintain accreditation.
• Counsel residents/fellows on paperwork and education training issues.
• Oversee GME program recruitment, interview, match, and orientation processes.
