Qualifications

• 3–5 years of office administration experience, preferably in healthcare and/or education.
• Some college; Bachelors degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize information.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management of accredited residency training programs.
• Assist with recruiting trainees, developing projects and analyzing administrative workflow.
• Maintain databases and communicate with GME Manager, faculty and trainees.
