Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or allied health field.
• 3+ years of progressive job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages residency and fellowship recruitment and onboarding activities, including ERAS and NRMP processes.
• Oversees residency and fellowship program administration and compliance with ACGME, RRC, ABIM, GMEC, and institutional requirements.
• Maintains and analyzes trainee data and reporting systems (ERAS, New Innovations, GMETrack, WebADS).
• Coordinates with Graduate Medical Education and external partners (rotation verification for Medicare reimbursement, affiliation agreements).
• Provides operational and financial oversight including budget preparation and department events.
