Job summary

Concord Hospital Health System is seeking a Program Coordinator within Medical Education to oversee daily activities for Family Medicine and related residencies, under the Medical Education Manager. You will coordinate scheduling, onboarding and track accreditation requirements with faculty, residents and outside stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Three years experience in a professional office or academic setting.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates administrative functions to support Medical Education and Residency needs to comply with accrediting requirements.
• Develop, maintain and coordinate Family Medicine curriculum rotation schedules for residents.
• Support development and implementation of new systems and processes for educational needs.
• Track and manage documentation for trainees across systems to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain scheduling templates and processes for faculty, residents, and preceptors.
• Provide onboarding, orientation, and housing coordination for visiting trainees.
• Support trainee onboarding/promotion/graduation, examinations, credentialing and orientation.
• Coordinate resident/trainee recruitment coordination including interviews and communications.
• Develop and implement resident/trainee evaluations, data management and reporting.
• Coordinate payments and track expenditures for programs and events.
• Work independently and in a team on special projects.
