Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists maintaining program accreditation with ACGME and coordinates materials for self-study and site reviews.
• Reviews and enforces program-specific policies per ACGME; maintains updates on websites, surveys and electronic databases.
• Provides administrative coordination of medical education programs; prepares rotations, on-call coverage, work hours and vacation schedules.
• Coordinates annual appointment, credentialing and onboarding for residents and fellows.
• Plans and executes residency/fellowship recruitment processes and events.
• Monitors evaluations to ensure ACGME milestones are captured and CCC functions meet requirements.
