Job summary

Westchester Medical Center Health Network is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative and operational aspects of the residency/fellowship training program under the Program Director and GME Office.

The role collaborates with Attending Physicians, residents, and hospital leadership to ensure smooth rotations, scheduling, exams, and credentialing, while supporting recruitment and orientation activities.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience in administration and/or residency/fellowship program management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• TAGME Certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provides support and meets regularly with the Program Director concerning program management issues and activities.
• Applies ACGME/AOA/CODA and hospital policies to support compliance.
• Acts as liaison between residents, GME Office and hospital administration; coordinates rotations and recruitment.
• Organizes trainee orientation and maintains attendance records for conferences.
• Manages data for residency programs, including New Innovations and Web ADS; tracks licensing and credentialing.
• Coordinates ERAS database processes and oversees Match-related activities.
• Oversees purchasing for the Training Program office and orders equipment and supplies.
• Plans departmental events such as recruitment, orientation, and graduation.
