Under the Program Director, you will manage day-to-day administrative and operational aspects of the residency/fellowship, partnering with the GME Office, Attending Physicians, and trainees. Responsibilities include compliance with ACGME, supervision of residents, scheduling in New Innovations, maintaining databases, coordinating exams and program events, and handling

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ administrative experience in residency/fellowship programs.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative management of nephrology and cardiology residency/fellowship programs.
• Coordinate scheduling, rotations, and exams; maintain data in program systems.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME and other accrediting bodies; liaison with GME Office and hospital leadership.
• Support recruitment, orientation, and program events; manage expenditures and purchasing.
• Prepare reports for accreditation and annual evaluations; oversee program communications.
