• Four (4) years of relevant work experience (education may substitute).
• Preferred: five years in an academic setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and residency programs.
• Experience with ERAS, ACGME, MedHub, C-TAGME, Workday and Qgenda.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accreditation activities and program evaluation.
• Manage recruitment, interview logistics, and NRMP ranking.
• Oversee onboarding, licenses, certifications, and workspace setup.
• Schedule rotations, conferences, and evaluations.
• Maintain program data and prepare reports for leadership.
