Job summary

The University of Kansas Medical Center is seeking a Fellowship Program Coordinator to support the Program Director and GME Office in achieving ACGME compliance. You will handle accreditation activities, recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and educational support for residents and faculty.

As a key member of the program leadership, you will manage meetings, evaluations, and conferences, coordinate interview days, and ensure timely submissions of required reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of relevant work experience; education may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Experience in ERAS, ACGME, MedHub, C-TAGME, Workday and Qgenda preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare the annual Program Evaluation and Clinical Competency Committees meetings, including scheduling and minutes.
• Ensure required reports are submitted to the GME and ACGME by deadlines.
• Coordinate recruitment activities for the program and interview day logistics.
• Oversee onboarding for incoming residents, including licensing and workspace arrangements.
• Create annual clinic rotation schedules in partnership with the program director.
• Manage evaluations and prepare reports for program leadership.
