Job summary

The University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City seeks a Residency/Fellowship Manager - Internal Medicine to lead sub-specialty and graduate medical education programs. You will supervise program coordinators, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure accreditation compliance to support resident and fellow development.

Responsibilities include budget administration, scheduling, credentialing, data reporting, and coordinating site visits.

Qualifications

• Certifications: C-TAGME
• Four years’ experience in education, healthcare or business administration
• Four (4) years of GME experience
• Experience in ERAS, MedHub, and Qgenda

Responsibilities

• Supervise residency, fellowship, and graduate studies coordinators, including assigning tasks and providing feedback
• Oversee daily operations of GME programs and manage office staff
• Administer the GME budget, purchasing, billing, and travel reimbursements
• Ensure credentialing data accuracy in WEBADS, ABIM, QGenda, MedHub
• Monitor accreditation compliance with ACGME/ABIM/ABA and other bodies
• Coordinate program evaluation, rotations, and schedule logistics
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and MATCH administration
• Maintain resident licensure and required certifications
