Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System in Kansas City, MO seeks a Fellowship Program Coordinator for the SOM KC Anesthesiology department. You will support the Program Director and GME leadership, coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and accreditation activities, and ensure compliance with ACGME requirements.

You will manage scheduling, educational support, and communications for residents and faculty, contributing to program operations and learner success.

Qualifications

• Four years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with residency programs and GME is preferred.
• Knowledge of ACGME, MedHub, NRMP systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize the annual Program Evaluations and Committees meetings, including scheduling and minutes.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and interview logistics.
• Oversee onboarding, licensing, and documentation for incoming residents.
• Manage rotations planning and scheduling to meet curriculum needs.
• Support accreditation activities and GMEC submissions.
