Four Seasons Surf Club Residence Concierge in Surfside, FL, seeks a warm, personalized concierge to welcome homeowners and guests at the front desk and to deliver luxury lifestyle services.

You will connect with residents to anticipate needs, arrange restaurant reservations, exclusive experiences, and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure flawless service. Flexible full-time schedule includes days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury residential property.
• Strong knowledge of the city, and the ability to match recommendations to residents' expectations.
• Attention to detail and commitment to successful execution of requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk operations for residents and their guests.
• Coordinate reservations and experiences for residents, including exclusive city activities.
• Ensure clear communication between the hotel team and Seaway Residence team for a seamless resident experience.
• Stay current on city activities to provide information, tickets, and reservations for residents.

About the role:

The Residences Concierge position is part of the Residence team, and provides a warm, welcoming presence at the front desk. Our job is to ensure we are offering the best of luxury lifestyle living. The Residence Concierge has a unique opportunity to connect with, and know what matters most to our homeowners, allowing you to provide genuine, intuitive, and personalized service. Front Desk experience preferable.

You will need a wealth of knowledge and experience to assist the residents with their many needs and requests. Often this role will include making reservations in high demand restaurants, or providing suggestions for exclusive and unique experiences for entertaining their guests in the city. This requires a genuine desire to manage the details and ensure execution to the highest standards.The Front Desk is a high-activity center and requires managing arrivals, ensuring a smooth move-in experience, managing extensive amounts of deliveries, answering phones, and coordinating timely service with all team members.

What you will do:

• Efficiently manage the front desk operation including; welcoming homeowners and their guests, directing vendors, deliveries and outside services, handle phone inquiries and communicate with leadership on priorities and residents' requests and feedback.
• Remain current on what activities are available in the city, i.e. theater, the arts, special exhibits, concerts, shows, sports, leisure activities, sightseeing tours, etc. Establish close contacts to provide information, ticketing, reservations, etc. for residents.
• Coordinate with the hotel for any resident request for services, reservations, or guest accommodations. Ensure clear communication between the hotel team and Seaway Residence team to give a seamless experience for the residents.

What you bring:
