Job summary

Four Seasons Palm Beach is seeking a Front Desk & Concierge Specialist to deliver exceptional guest service from arrival to departure. This role supports Front Desk and Concierge operations within the Front Office team, reporting to Front Office Management.

You will manage check-in/check-out, provide restaurant and activity recommendations, maintain guest profiles, and coordinate with departments to ensure seamless experiences.

Qualifications

• Front Office experience preferred for front desk and concierge duties.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and guest focus.
• Comfort with learning multiple hotel computer systems.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of local restaurants and attractions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by managing check-in, check-out, and in-house requests.
• Provide concierge-style assistance including restaurant, transportation, and activity recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and input information into property systems.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance stays.
• Support lobby presence and assist throughout the hotel as needed.
• Ensure interactions reflect Four Seasons standards of professionalism and courtesy.
• Work collaboratively with team members across departments.

About The Role

The Front Desk & Concierge Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service by supporting both Front Desk and Concierge operations. This role ensures a smooth arrival, stay, and departure experience for guests while delivering personalized recommendations and assistance. This position is part of the Front Office team, reporting to Front Office Management.

What You Will Do

• Deliver exceptional guest service by managing check-in, check-out, and in-house guest requests
• Provide concierge-style assistance, including restaurant, transportation, and local activity recommendations

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous Front Office experience (Front Desk and/or Concierge) preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Fluency in English required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in systems and guest interactions
• Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of local restaurants, attractions, and experiences preferred
