Job summary

Four Seasons Miami Beach is seeking a Public Area Attendant to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in hotel and residential public spaces, reflecting the elegance of the brand. You will respond promptly to guest requests, support the Housekeeping team with tasks, and help create a welcoming, luxurious environment.

Full-time schedule includes mornings, days, evenings, weekends. Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred; strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning, preferably in a hotel or luxury hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and interact with guests.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout shift.

About The Role

The Public Area Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel and residential public spaces. This position is responsible for ensuring all guest-facing areas are maintained to the highest level of quality, creating an environment that reflects the elegance and excellence of Four Seasons.

What You Will Do

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of hotel and residential public areas.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Support the Housekeeping team with additional cleaning duties and special projects as assigned.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards in a timely manner.
• Contribute to a clean, welcoming, and luxurious environment for guests and residents.

What You Bring

• Previous housekeeping, or cleaning experience, preferably within a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, including interacting with guests.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.
