Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Valid NY/NJ/CT/PA Driver’s License with 6 months of experience and 6 or less points.
• Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in residential services, supervisory experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Developmental Disabilities and person-centered planning.
• Regulatory knowledge: Medicaid regulations and licensing.
• Budget management and petty cash oversight.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Crisis management abilities.
• Documentation and record-keeping experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback on service delivery.
• Coordinate staff schedules, verify hours, and manage sick leave.
• Procure clothing and personal items, oversee petty cash, maintain expenditure records.
• Maintain detailed expenditure records and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with program regulations, policies, and standards.
• Provide ongoing training and development for staff.
• Collaborate with external agencies, families, and healthcare providers.
• Oversee emergency preparedness and safety for persons supported.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
