Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision experience in residential services.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to Direct Support Professionals, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with medical and clinical teams to support plans and data for persons supported.
• Develop and retain DSP workforce through coaching, mentoring and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with program regulations and readiness for audits or site visits.
• Coordinate services with external agencies and healthcare providers.
• Oversee emergency preparedness protocols and safety for residents.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to enhance support networks.
