Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Advanced degrees are preferred.
• Minimum of one year Job Corps or related program experience is required.
• A valid in-State Driver's License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to students to ensure positive group living relations and achievement in the Job Corps program.
• Guide students to achieve positive attitudes and proper behavior in dormitory living and to accomplish their goals and objectives.
• Direct students and assist in the cleanup and maintenance of the dormitory.
• Monitor dormitories and center for safety and proper student behavior; resolve problems as they arise.
• Maintain dormitory and student files; ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Advanced degrees preferred

One year Job Corps or related program experience

In-State Driver's License preferred
