Job summary

Cal Poly Maritime Academy, located in Vallejo, California, seeks part-time Residence Life Department Assistants to provide administrative and customer service support. You will assist with front desk duties, check-ins, and coordination of residence life operations across the campus buildings.

The RLDA role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work up to 20 hours weekly. Training and supervision are provided within the Residence Life unit.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student at Cal Poly Maritime Academy–Solano Campus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work up to 20 hours per week.
• Knowledge of Residence Life and campus living experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Residence Life Department.
• Greet guests and manage check-ins, phone and email inquiries for residents and staff.
• Assist with residence hall operations, move-in/out procedures, and office duties.
