Qualifications

• Typing and keyboard skills; comfortable using standard office equipment.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and other Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide and ensure excellent customer service at the front desk; receive and direct visitors and screen/route phone calls.
• Perform general office duties (mail, copies, faxing, filing, supplies).
• Deliver parking permits for department requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
