Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks a Residential Program Supervisor to oversee dormitories, staff, and student case management within the Job Corps program.

You will coordinate coverage, hire and discipline staff, ensure safety and incident reporting, and foster positive student outcomes through mentoring and coordinated services. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum one year Job Corps or related program experience required.
• State driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage residential staff and dorm area.
• Coordinate staff coverage and maintain substitute RA list.
• Conduct hiring, discipline and performance evaluations for Residential Department.
• Ensure staff adherence to break requirements and safety protocols.
• Provide individualized case management to promote student enrollment and success.
• Offer transportation to students as required and monitor program progress.
• Develop community linkages for education, employment and training.
• Maintain incident/shift reports and ensure dorm security.
