Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate of Arts Degree preferred.
• Minimum one year Job Corps or related program experience required.
• Valid in-State Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide students in dorms a safe, clean, and structured living environment that fosters student retention, satisfaction, achievement and success.
• Oversee daily dorm management and resolve student and staff issues and concerns.
• Supervise residential staff and coordinate staff coverage to ensure supervision of student areas.
• Hire, discipline, evaluate, and terminate staff in the Residential Department as needed.
• Ensure rest and meal break compliance for all staff.
• Oversee student dorm leadership programs and related activities.
• May transport students to and from the Center.
• Provide comprehensive and individualized case management to maintain student enrollment and success in the program.
