Responsibilities

• Oversees daily dorm management and staff coverage to supervise student areas.
• Interviews, hires, disciplines, and evaluates Residential staff performance.
• Ensures dorm safety, security, and incident reporting; maintains shift reports.
• Provides individualized case management to support student retention and success.
• Collaborates with counseling staff to support student enrollment and progress.
• Develops staff for career progression and ensures timely fills for vacancies.
• Establishes community linkages for education, employment and training programs.
