Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. in Edinburgh, IN seeks a full-time Residential Supervisor for Atterbury dorms to provide a safe, clean, and structured living environment that supports student retention and success in the Job Corps program.

You will oversee daily dorm operations and supervise residential staff, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards. The role requires a high school diploma (AA degree preferred) and at least one year of Job Corps or related program experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate of Arts Degree preferred.
• A minimum of one-year Job Corps or related program experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide students with a safe, clean, structured living environment that supports student retention and success.
• Oversee daily dorm area management and staff issues.
• Supervise and manage residential staff.
• Coordinate staff coverage and maintain substitute Residential Advisor list.
• Interview/hire/discipline/evaluate Residential staff; ensure break compliance.
• Oversee student dorm leadership program and related activities.
• May transport students to and from the Center as needed.
• Provide comprehensive case management to ensure student progress, retention, and completion.
