Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations leader in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate data, systems, traceability, and customer programs while aligning with IT, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to drive efficient, compliant processes and strong partner relations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive or 3PL-supported models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and advise on contracts, operational controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, system interfaces, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, decisions and readiness metrics; provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation and Bayer’s readiness.
