Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead in the United States to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate master data, SAP interfaces, and pricing programs to ensure reliable supply and compliant service delivery.

You will collaborate with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing to strengthen customer engagement and drive process improvements while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute Order‑to‑Bill and Bill‑to‑Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a subject‑matter expert for contracts, operational controls and audits.
