Qualifications

• Currently deployed in a multi-disciplinary customer solutions role in the Bayer Pharma Division.
• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes within Bayer’s US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP interfaces, serialization and pricing.
• Collaborate with IT, Regulatory, Supply Chain and commercial teams to ensure compliant operations.
