Qualifications

• Master's degree with 5+ years in a customer operations or supply chain role in pharma.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and serialized or specialty supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, and data interfaces.
• Ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches and new business models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain for customized solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, SAP, interfaces, pricing, and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, and report readiness to PMO.
• Maintain Bayer readiness by following industry discussions on NDC-12.
