Job summary

Bayer is seeking a senior Operations professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliant processes, and drive readiness for NDC-12 across master data, SAP, and systems interfaces.

Qualifications

• Multi-disciplinary customer solutions experience in Bayer Pharma Division.
• Master’s degree with 5+ years experience or a Bachelor’s with equivalent.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare operations, master data, and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialization or 3PL models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, data masters, EDI/API interfaces and serialization.
• Ability to translate regulatory/data requirements into practical actions.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
• Forward-thinking approach to evolving customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches and new business models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization, and pricing.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk, dependency, and readiness reporting.
