Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead in the United States to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, ensuring efficient processes, quality, and compliance. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive improvements across contracting, pricing, and master data.

The role emphasizes NDC-12 readiness, SAP interfaces, data integrity, and governance, collaborating with IT, Finance, Regulatory, and commercial partners to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years in a related field or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare operations, supply chain, master data, and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and serialized, specialty or 3PL-based models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, billing, and cash collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches or new business models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions for customers and strengthen relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing, and special programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with transparent PMO updates.
• Maintain readiness aligned with external expectations and best practices.
