Job summary

Global Refuge is seeking a Program Specialist to support Resettlement & Integration Services. You will help manage data, reporting, and program requirements across the network, ensuring timely information flow and compliance.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to annual proposals and audits, and help maintain program spaces and resources. The role emphasizes attention to detail and effective communication in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in social work, social sciences, non-profit management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in non-profit management and social services programs.
• Experience with refugees, immigrants or limited English speakers preferred.
• Ability to write and edit reports and clearly interpret technical requirements.
• Strong ability to build relationships with colleagues and partners.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple projects and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SharePoint and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to contribute to contractual requirements and program outcomes.
• Regularly enter, track and analyze network-wide data; contribute to programmatic reporting, annual proposals and audits.
• Assist with communicating and disseminating information to the Global Refuge network.
• Support quality assurance processes to ensure accurate reporting and trends tracking.
• Review and track submission of affiliate reporting and surveys to Global Refuge.
• Maintain relationships across departments to ensure reporting quality and system improvements.
• Support maintenance of program spaces on intranet/extranet with updated tools and resources.
• Maintain network and partner contacts up-to-date, internally and externally.
• Support unit activities including conferences and events (virtual and in-person).
• Work collaboratively across teams and units; perform other duties as assigned.
