Qualifications

• Previous reservations, Front Desk, hotel operations, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and guest service skills.
• Experience using hotel reservations systems, PMS platforms, CRS systems, OTA channels, or booking software.
• High attention to detail with guest satisfaction in mind.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Positive, service-focused mindset with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation requests, changes, cancellations, and inquiries for various client types.
• Process reservations accurately through PMS, CRS, GDS, hotel website, and other channels.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service and resolve reservation issues.
