Job summary

Sonesta Hotels International Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Coordinator to support hotel reservations operations and guest services across our Washington portfolio. You will manage bookings, respond to inquiries, and ensure accuracy and professionalism in every interaction.

The role emphasizes organization, effective communication, and teamwork within a fast-paced hospitality environment, aligning with Sonesta's guest-focused service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations, front desk, or guest services preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and CRS/ PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation requests, changes, cancellations, and inquiries for various account types.
• Process reservations accurately through PMS, CRS, GDS, and websites; know room types, rates, and promotions.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service and assist with issues and service recovery.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and other departments.
• Assist with VIP and group bookings and maintain accurate reservation records.
