Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking an F&B Reservations Supervisor to oversee guest reservations across our outlets in Boca Raton, FL. This role requires excellent communication and attention to detail to ensure a smooth guest experience from initial contact to seating.

Responsibilities include managing reservations in SevenRooms, handling inquiries, relaying guest preferences to teams, and coordinating with Front of House and management to maximize seating efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable, Resy).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in reservations, guest services, or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate reservations across F&B outlets, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in SevenRooms.
• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels promptly and professionally.
• Communicate guest preferences, special requests, and dietary restrictions to restaurant teams.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, menus, and no-shows.
• Provide real-time updates to restaurant management regarding guest arrivals or changes in party size.
• Assist with waitlists during peak periods to maximize seating efficiency.
• Support Front of House staff and management for seamless guest experiences.
