Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will support customers, field teams and dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution.

Responsibilities include routing gear to meet demand, reviewing placement reports, and assisting with U-Box products. Requires a high school diploma and strong communication skills; this role offers growth within the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment (multiline phones, Word, email).
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status.
• Review reports to aid in placement of equipment, reservations and contracts to ensure availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
