Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will help customers, field teams, and dealerships with reservations and equipment distribution. Key duties include directing equipment to meet demand, reviewing reports for accuracy, and supporting the U-Box portable storage product.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience delivering customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers to support reservations and equipment.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to meet demand and balance regional inventory.
• Review reports to ensure equipment availability and reservation accuracy.
• Support U-Box portable storage product as needed.
