Job summary

U-Haul in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join our team. You will support customers and field team members with equipment reservations and placement, helping balance regional inventory based on demand to meet future needs.

Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will review reports, assist with the U-Box product, and coordinate with U-Haul dealerships to ensure accurate reservations and contracts. A high school diploma and basic office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports aiding in effective placement of equipment and reservations.
