U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join our team in San Francisco. The role focuses on customer interaction, assisting field teams and dealerships with reservation placement and equipment distribution to balance regional inventory and meet demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Working knowledge of office equipment (multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email) is needed.
• Proficiency in customer service, time management and multitasking is essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers’ equipment to balance regional inventory levels.
• Review reports to aid in equipment placement, reservations and contracts for availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
