Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will manage reservations, coordinate equipment distribution, and assist dealerships to balance inventory based on demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with office equipment (multiline phones, etiquette, Word, email).
• Strong customer service, time management and multitasking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement based on customer demand.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas according to productivity status to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports to aid in equipment placement and reservation accuracy.
