Job summary

U-Haul in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join our team. You will support customers and field teams with equipment reservations, directing customer demand to balance regional inventory and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, time management, and multitasking, with responsibility for reviewing reservations, contracts, and coordinating U-Box equipment as needed to meet daily fulfillment goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
