Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent at our West Seneca, NY location. You will support customers and field teams with equipment reservations and placement, helping balance regional inventory to meet demand in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and reliability. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; a high school diploma and basic office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field teams and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing equipment based on demand to balance regional inventory levels.
• Review reports to aid in equipment placement, reservations and contracts for availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
