U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a customer service oriented team member to assist with calls from customers and support field teams with equipment and reservation management. You will help direct equipment where needed to balance regional inventory and meet demand.

The role emphasizes strong time management, multitasking, and proficiency with office tools, including Word and email. This on-site position offers pathways for advancement within a long-standing moving services company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers to ensure smooth service flow.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Review reports to aid in equipment placement, reservations and contracts for availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
