Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with office equipment, multiline phones, Word and email.
• Strong customer service, time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports to improve placement of equipment, reservations and contracts.
