Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will handle calls, assist with U-Box product needs, and maintain high service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and dealerships with equipment reservations and placement.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment flow based on demand and inventory needs.
• Review reports to ensure equipment availability and reservation accuracy.
• Assist with U-Box portable storage product requests and coordination.
