Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Houston to support customers and field teams with equipment reservations and placement. You will direct equipment flow to match customer demand and help balance regional inventory, ensuring accurate reservations and contracts.

The role requires strong customer service and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Under supervision of the Traffic Control Manager, you will contribute to efficient reservation processes, assist with U-Box product

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in using office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Must be capable of strong customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Balance regional inventory levels to meet future demand and review reports for accuracy.
