Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team in Houston, TX. You will support customers, field staff, and dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, multitasking, and accurate reservation management, with daily tasks including directing equipment based on demand and reviewing reports to balance regional inventory levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory levels.
• Review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment and reservations.
• Assist with U-Box portable storage product as needed.
