This role involves handling customer calls and coordinating with field teams and dealerships to manage equipment reservations and placement, ensuring inventory balance across regions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, balancing regional inventory levels.
• Review reports to aid in equipment placement, customer reservations and contracts for availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
