• Ability to drive governance and standard processes across a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and rollout of the Resell Program and ROE, bookings guide, and pricing book.
• Maintain and update the Partner Program Guide; create a playbook from agreement to certification.
• Lead global process standards across partner lifecycle domains (onboarding, lead mgmt, deal registration, co-sell, incentives).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable tooling and governance.
