Acquia, Inc. is seeking a Director to own the Technology Alliance Partnerships ecosystem end to end. You will define the strategy across ISV, DAM, platform, OEM, and content-creator partners and lead the go-to-market with major partners like Salesforce and HubSpot, while growing a high-impact partnerships team.

You will drive collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align roadmap, pursue joint revenue opportunities, and scale partner programs in a remote-first environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in technology alliances, ISV partnerships, BD, or ecosystem strategy.
• Track record of building and scaling technology partner programs.
• Experience owning or building co-sell motions with hyperscalers (AWS preferred).
• Fluency across ISV integrations, OEM/embed, and platform alliances.
• Strong cross-functional influence with Product, Marketing, and Sales.
• Commercial sensibility: ability to construct partnership business models.

• Develop and own TAP strategy across ISV, DAM, platform, OEM, and content-creator partner types.
• Manage Acquia's strategic technology partnerships including joint planning.
• Own the AWS partnership, including co-sell, marketplace, and platform alignment.
• Build and execute joint go-to-market plans with key partners.
• Identify, recruit, and launch new technology partners and GTM readiness.
• Develop OEM partnerships with scalable revenue, packaging, and motion.
• Collaborate with Product to align roadmap and investments.
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns and partner events.
• Partner with Sales on OEM partnerships and co-sell deals.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of technology alliance managers.
